DJI RS 4 Mini Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer Price in Kenya
The DJI RS 4 Mini Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer price in Kenya is KSh 42,500, bringing professional-grade stabilisation to a lightweight single-handed gimbal built for mirrorless cameras and smartphones. With a 2kg payload and up to 13 hours of battery life, it suits videographers, content creators, and filmmakers who want smooth footage without a heavy rig.
Stabilisation and Payload
Smooth, steady footage is the core job of the RS 4 Mini, and it handles a wide range of cameras.
3-Axis Stabilisation
The gimbal uses DJI’s 4th-generation RS stabilisation algorithm across three axes. It balances stabilisation strength with a natural feel of camera movement, keeping footage smooth when walking, panning, or tilting.
2kg Payload Capacity
It supports cameras and lenses weighing up to 2kg (4.4 lb), enough for many full-frame mirrorless bodies paired with mid-range lenses, as well as smartphones.
Automatic Axis Locks
The three axis locks automatically unlock when the gimbal powers on, so it is ready to shoot faster, and Teflon interlayers reduce friction for smoother balancing.
Shooting Modes and Controls
Fast Horizontal and Vertical Switching
The RS 4 Mini offers the fastest switch between horizontal and vertical shooting in the RS series, handy for creators filming both widescreen video and social clips.
Touchscreen and Camera Control
A 1.4-inch full-colour touchscreen with auto-lock gives quick access to settings. Camera control works over Bluetooth 5.1 or USB-C, and the gimbal’s record button starts and stops recording. It supports Panorama and Time-Lapse modes.
Intelligent Tracking Module Support
The gimbal is compatible with the DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module, an accessory that helps with automatic follow-shooting and composition.
Battery and Charging
13-Hour Runtime
The built-in 3,100mAh battery delivers up to 13 hours of runtime, around 30% more than the previous generation, which is enough for a full day of shooting.
Fast USB-C Charging
The gimbal charges over USB-C in roughly two hours, and a 30-minute charge gives around 5 hours of use.
Design and Portability
Lightweight Folding Build
At about 890g, the RS 4 Mini is light for a gimbal of its class. It folds down to 236 x 64 x 316mm for easy packing in a camera bag.
NATO Port and Briefcase Handle
A NATO port supports handles and accessories, including a briefcase handle for low-angle shots, and the gimbal includes an extended grip/tripod for stable standing setups.
