Design
VIVO Y33E 5G comes with a 6.51-inch IPS LCD screen with a dew drop notch design for the selfie camera. It’s a comfortable size to hold, with a screen-to-body ratio of 82.2%. It has a plastic frame and back and a scratch-resistant front panel. It is very bright and vivid, peaking at 500 nits. It’s not rated for splash protection, but it’s certainly not waterproof. It also comes with a hybrid expandable memory option, which it shares with the sim card, which supports up to 128GB. It is running the latest Android 12, with an Origin OS Ocean skin on top. The performance feels fast, smooth, and rich in color. It however comes with lots of pre-installed apps, which can be an underwhelming experience, especially if you are not used to bloatware. The OS is however very customizable, with tones of themes and other customizations.

VIVO Y33E 5G has a quad camera arrangement on the back. It comes with a 13 MP primary sensor, for those excellent daylight photos. Additionally, it has a 2MP macro lens for close-up photos.
