Infinix Note 11
Infinix Note 11 brings competitive pricing to budget phones balancing out the basic features with decent performance and a huge screen. It sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, decent 4/6GB RAM, a massive 5000mAh battery, 33w fast charging, and the decent Helio G88 chipset. That’s certainly eye-catching a device at its price point. Design
Infinix Note 11 comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a dewdrop notch design for the selfie camera. It’s a huge phone, hardly a one-handed operation, with a screen-to-body ratio of 86.0%. It has a plastic frame and back and a scratch-resistant front panel. It is very bright and vivid, peaking at 650 nits. It’s not rated for splash protection, but it’s certainly not waterproof. Fortunately, it has top-placed a headphone jack. It has a physical fast side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which also acts as the home button. It has a dual downward-firing speaker, which is great for playing media.
Performance
Infinix Note 11 comes with the budget Mediatek Helio G88, making it decently fast. It has a Cortex Octa-core CPU paired with a Mali G52 GPU, with storage options of 4/6 GB for RAM & 64 or 128 GB for ROM. The phone also comes with a dedicated expandable memory option. It is running the latest Android 11, with an XOS 10 skin on top. The performance feels fast, smooth, and rich in color. It however comes with lots of pre-installed apps, which can be an underwhelming experience, especially if you are not used to bloatware. The OS is however very customizable, with tonnes of themes and other customizations.
Cameras
Infinix Note 11 has a duo camera arrangement on the back. It comes with a 50 MP primary sensor, for those excellent daylight photos. Additionally, it has a 2MP depth sensor & a QVGA telephoto. It still delivers decently. It will predictably deliver less and less as light reduces, but that’s the concession for this price. The video can support up to 1440p video at 30 fps, with HDR support. The selfie camera is a decent 16MP wide sensor, capable of 1080p video at 30fps. The selfies are great and well-lit.
Other features
The Infinix Note 11 supports USB Type C, with 33W fast charging. Needless to say, there is also no wireless charging. On the flip side, it comes with a massive Li-Po 5000mAh non-removable battery. It can get fully charged in just over 1 hour. Despite being a budget phone, the addition of AMOLED & fast charging really does turntables for this device, especially since the Infinix range is not big on either. There are no NFC too so contactless payments.
It comes in Celestial Snow, Glacier Green, and Graphite Black.
